About IReadySystems
Founded in 2006 and registered in the State of California as an S-Corp in 2008, IReadySystems have been serving government entities, organizations, and private businesses with the latest technology in emergency response systems.
IReady is a small, but global company delivering emergency management systems that blend the preferred incident-management tools and processes into a single, networked system that ensure fast response and accurate emergency management. Our system is designed to give you a birds-eye view of critical factors affecting how ready you are for an emergency, and give you all the tools you need to not only be ready in an emergency, but even help you post-event by tracking disaster-related costs.

- M. Casey Khan – CEO, Product Manager/Project Manager
Casey Khan is a dynamic, senior-level, technology leader that brings vast technical and professional experience and skills to our team. Fluent in several languages, this US Navy Veteran holds an MBA from the University of Redlands California, and a BS in Computer Science from the National University in San Diego. Serving for six years as the Team Lead for Cubic Corporation in San Diego, Casey headed a team of seven engineers, before heading to InnovaSystems to initiate a new Business Analysis Department while overseeing product development for all five divisions of the company. His career continued to evolve through product and project management at Brahma Holdings and Vistage International where he consistently developed products and systems that improved operations, making them more cost-effective, and served to streamline the infrastructures over various departments. His technical skills include programming over various platforms and technologies, systems engineering, and software development. His proven leaderships skills brings control to a chaotic technical global environment as he leverages an excellent combination of experiential and workforce knowledge in forming and leading solid and adaptable technical organizations.
- Shefali Shah – President, Analyst, Lead Researcher
With more than two decades experience in the financial and software industry, backed up by a Masters of Business Administration concentrated on Risk Management and Financial Management, including an undergraduate with a double major in mathematics, physics, and computer science disciplines, Shefali Shah lends and authority to IReadySystems that is only outshined by our reputation for the sought-after software systems and solutions we create. Her experience in executive management, strategic planning, and disaster planning was acquired through executive positions at Satyam Corporation, American Express, and Prudential Financial, where she was responsible for program development and project management. Her vision for IReadySystems was inspired by an acute awareness that local governments, agencies, NGOs and other organizations struggled to meet required federal standards without the support of an effective and sophisticated software system. Arming herself with thorough knowledge of federal guidelines, documents, and requirements as it relates to first responders and administrative personnel, complimented by extensive study and research of the national and international emergency planning and management markets, Shefali Shah is at the helm of IReadySystems to produce products and services proven effective in emergency and disaster planning, mitigation, and recovery.

- As IReadySystems CFO, Rich Egan has proved a priceless asset to our growth and profitability, enabling us to not only consistently improve on the products and services we deliver, but filter our strategic cash management down to clients with more affordable products. His aggressive cash management strategies has been cultivated through a notable career including serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Digineer, The Sant Corporation, Powernet Global Communications, Global Wireless Entertainment, QThink, and American Internet Services, before joining the dynamic team of IReadySystems to oversee budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, margin improvement, change management, and investor relations, to ensure overall process improvement at our company as well as margin improvement. Rick holds a BS Degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. He also studied at Brandman University and Chapman University and earned a Certificate for Nonprofit Management Strategies.
