Requirements Gathering:
Civil authorities and non-government agencies may not have the technical staff that has expertise in the readiness domain. They may need technical services to break the Universal Task List for each scenario and develop system requirements for them. We will provide the technical expertise to develop those system requirements and help them develop a disaster response doctrine.

System Design and Development:
If an authority or an agency lacks the system to
collect the data elements needed for CPPAS then we
will help them design and develop custom applications that will allow them gather
the data elements needed for disaster reporting.

Data Backup and IT services:
If an authority or an agency lacks the mean of backing
up their data systems and has other IT needs we will provide them hardware and infra
structure support to meet those needs
